Masoor dal (whole) - 1 cup
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1 med
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 1 med
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Method
- Soak the lentil for 1-2 hr
- Fry the onion till they are golden
- Add ginger garlic paste, fry till the raw smell goes.
- Now add tomato and other dry spices
- Put chicken now and fry for 5-7 min
- Add lentils and cook for 30 min or till lentils are cooked.
