Kheer

 Ingredients
Basumati rice 1/2 cup
Ghee 4 tbsp
Sweetened condensed milk 1 can
Milk 1/2 liter 
Sugar to taste 
Salt 1 pinch
Bay leaf 1
Green cardamom 3-4
Cashew nut and raisins fried in ghee

Method
-Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker, add 3-4 tsp of sugar and caramelize that sugar 
-Add 1-2 cardamom and the bay leaf to that, then add the rice. Fry the rice for about 1 min.. 
-Then add 3 cups of water and pinch of salt.. Now close the lid. After 3-4 whistles close the heat and let it cool down
-Take a potato mixture or with the help of spatula mash the cooked rice.. 
-Then add milk to it.. After around 10 mins add the can of condensed milk.. Let it cook for another 10-12 mins
-Now add required amount of sugar, dry fruits and cook for 5 mins
- In the end add cardamom pow.

Vegetable korma

Ingredients:
Potato 1/2 cup (all the veggies should cut in sall cubes)
Green peas 1/4 cup
Carrots 1/2 cup
Couliflower 1/2 cup
Beans 1/2 cup
Paneer 200 gms
Cashew nuts 8-10 pieces
Onion 1 medium
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Whole garam masala
Pepper pow 1/4 tsp
Garam masala pow 1/4 tsp
Jeera dhania powder 1 tsp
Method:
-Boil all the vegetables  till they are 70 % done then keep it aside
-Take little water in another pan ,boil the chopped onion and  cashew nuts. Then make a paste out of it
-Now heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan, put the whole garam masalas then ginger garlic paste.
- Allow the above mix to cook till the raw flavor goes, then add jeera dhania pow and onion cashew nut mixture.. And cook this for 4-5 min
- then to the masala add all boiled veggies.. Let it cook for 5-7 min.. Put pepper pow 
-Now add small cubes of paneer and cook it for another 5 -8 min.. Then sprinkle some garam masala ...
