2 med Onion
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Garam masala pow
Whole garam masala
1 Tomato
1 tsp yogurt
Turmeric pow 1 tsp
Red chilli pow
1/4 tsp sugar
Salt
Oil
1. Marinate the chicken by adding salt, turmeric ,yogurt and some mustard oil to it
2. Heat the pan add oil when the oil is hot add the sugar and wait till it caramelized
3. Now put whole garam masalas then add the onion and fry till golden brown
4. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 3 -5 min and then add the tomato
5. Add all other dry spices and cook the masala till the oil gets separate from it
6. Put the marinated chicken to the masala and put the lid on for 5 min or so
7. Now take off the lid and cook the chicken along with the masala for another 10 min
8. Add hot water to it (according to ur desire )and let it cook for another 7-10 min, now ur chicken curry is ready to be served with rice/ roti/ puri
Note: you can put potato also(heat little oil in a pan and fry the big pieces of potatoes it it for 3-5 min and keep it aside .add this before adding hot water to the chicken and cook it along with chicken)

Spicy chicken curry
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
2 tomatoes
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp Chicken curry powder( store bought )
2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon crushed ginger
2-3 teaspoon oil
whole garam masala
3-4 teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder
Salt to taste (luna)
curry leaves
green chilli(cut into small pieces)
Method:
1.Cut the chicken into small pieces(if possible cut the chicken with skin).
2.Marinate chicken with turmeric pow,cumin-coriander pow,salt ,red chilli pow and chicken masala
3.Heat the pan with oil then add whole garam masalas,let them splutter.
4.Now put crushed garlic then crushed ginger and fry them for 1 min then add curry leaves and green chillies, wait till the raw flaver of masala gone then put tomato.
5.Fry the masala for some time the add chickens to it.
6.wait for 5-7 mins then add water and let it cook for 15 min or till the chicken is done
Your chicken curry is ready now, serve it hot with white rice .

Shredded coconut (hand full)
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt (to taste)
Pinch of hing
Crushed ginger(1 inch of ginger)
Ghee for tampering
Jeera
Whole red chili
1st soak the dal for 1-2 hrs. Then take a pan and boil the dal by adding some water salt and turmeric to it
Cut all the vegetable in to small cubes and keep aside
When the dal is 50 % done add the vegetables ,crushed ginger and hing
Now let it boil for about 10 min then add coconut and boil for some more time and switch off the flame
Now take another pan and heat up the ghee , then add cumin seed and dry red chili
When the tempering is done add that to the boiled dal and serve it with rice/ roti.
